Regardless of how the fire started, the government -told people to shelter in place instead of fleeing, -blockaded the road to keep them from leaving, -refused to supply lifesaving water, did not use early warning system to evacuate the town, -and blocked humanitarian efforts after the fire. They were MURDERED by their government.
