Kevin McCarthy was the speaker of the house and could have released the Jan 6 videos 10 months ago. Many of the republicants have had access to them for many months. They could view them in a secure location.
Now ask yourself why didn't they release them or do something to help the people being tried in court while not having access to all the evidence.
