I was just there earlier today to deliver pallets to a construction project about to start soon. Reminded me of a trip me and my family took to Vietnam when I was younger. All it was missing was the market stalls crowding around a street running train track, and a dingy old diesel locomotive with barred windshields and spewing sooty smoke blasting it's horn nonstop as it trundles along and everybody scattering to give the train space as it squeezes down the alley.

Tiktok would actually be EXTREMELY useful with the right administration and a law enforcement that gives a damn in power.
