Maybe, just maybe, proper women of all ages want a nuclear family and the security and morality that is required for it. And just maybe most men don’t want to marry women who are loose and don’t know what a proper nuclear family is.

Few men want to raise another man’s children. There are definitely exceptions, but I will wager that for most it resides within the confines of how sane and mature the woman in question is. No man who is interested in commitment wants a lifelong partner that is emotionally unstable.

You hit the nail on the head there. A few realistic bureaucrats are abandoning their “principles” to save their jobs.

There's a difference between a pet with shot records and one without. They will quarantine a pet with a rabies vaccination, after a bite, for observation. One without they can test the pet so you don't have to start taking the shots for rabies.
Do to my profession I have been bitten multiple times and even a couple times when the shot records were out of date I told them that I didn't want the pet to be tested and I would risk going without the rabies shots.

They did it now because it's worthless in a democrap majority house. It's going into the trash can. But it's sounds great and it'll make fodder for the next election campaign. They could wait a few months and have a majority house, Senate and a president. But they really don't want to do it. They just want to look like they are going to do something.
