Not stupid at all. Elected officials are ALL employees of the citizens, regardless of district. By your logic, since he does not live in her district she cannot tell him what to do during the questioning.

That line is still stupid. So, he may pay a penny towards her salary, if that. Honestly, she can't tell anyone what to do in her district because she is only a representative. However, in her official capacity in congress he could be found in contempt of congress.

I didn't research any of the dates. When this happened, was he employed by the gubmint ? I guess the jailing of Steve Bannon syas that it doesn't matter if you're a private citizen or gubmint employee when it comes to the question of "contempt of the swamp creatures".

If I was him, I'd be strongly inclined to tell her to go fuck herself too.

Unfortunately, she is my "representative", as I am in her district. But, she's the farthest thing from it. And, she's nowhere close to being the worst of the assholes out here. If, that gives you some kind of point of reference about how bad things are in western warshington.

I'm retired and could probably do four months in the can. Questionable as to whether or not it would be worth it, but I lean in the direction of "Yes".

She is just another hate filled, evil, intolerant leftist. She was enabled by her mother and spent the last decade making her dad's life a pure fucking hell. So when Trump won and her dad smiled, she lost her shit and murdered him and she feels completely justified in killing an elderly man for the crime of disagreeing with a rug munching psychopath.

This woman? is the perfect shining example of what happens when you give them power over you, your life, wealth and property. She is an example of the violnece they would happily visit upon you if Kamaltoe had become president. America has dodged a bullet for about four more years.

If you look at the election map, the vast majority of NM is red but the state is controlled by three counties, Dona Ana, Bernalillo and Santa Fe. Biggest employer in those three counties is government. Dona Ana used to be very conservative until all the libs from Ca moved it and turned the county blue. In 2020 the incumbent democrat rep for southern NM lost by 22% but the legislature gerrymandered the district and Republican candidate lost the last two elections. The only bigger POS commie SOS than ours here in NM is Griswold in CO.
