Note: Names in [ ] are defendants whose conviction or death sentence have been reversed by the courts but the reversal is not yet final, or who are awaiting capital retrials or resentencings after an initial conviction or death sentence was overturned. Those awaiting retrial or resentencing are marked with a caret (^). From time to time, this list may include defendants whose cases are marked with an asterisk (*). This indicates that the defendant has received a verdict of death from the jury, but the judge has not yet issued a formal sentence. In the federal system, the judge is obliged to follow a unanimous jury recommendation. (Source: Federal Capital Habeas Project.)
Because of different definitions of what constitutes being “on death row,” some organizations such as the Federal Death Penalty Resource Counsel or the Bureau of Justice Statistics may have a slightly different list of those currently under federal sentence of death. The DPIC total includes individuals whose capital convictions and/or death sentences have been overturned and who face continuing jeopardy of the death penalty until their retrial or resentencing proceedings are completed, although those individuals do not have a valid death sentence and are presumed innocent of the death penalty.
** Has co-defendant, as noted, also on death row.
*** States in bold have abolished the death penalty.
+ Has co-defendant(s) not on death row.
*States without their own death penalty law when the federal sentence was imposed. Illinois, Maryland, Connecticut, and Virginia no longer have the death penalty, but the federal death sentences in each state came when the state’s death penalty was still in effect.

commuted doesn't mean pardoned......

OK so my questions are, did these issues from the original omnibus make it through to the revised version:

1. The pandemic provisions including your county and draconian allowances for lockdowns, vaccine mandates, masks, and passports worse than what we went through. Allows for creation of BARDA, and funding for 12 new bio labs to perform gain of function research as well.
2. Protection of all congressional email, tax and other correspondence from subpoenas by the incoming Department of Justice investigating corruption.

3. Censorship/distraction of free speech first amendment allowed encouraged.
The government funding bill includes a one-year extension of the State Department’s Global Engagement Center (GEC), an agency that funds organizations that censor conservative media including Breitbart News.

I respect Elon, but here he's wrong. Or to be more specific, he's falling in to a very old trap. He's correct in that hypersonic and drones will become more ubiquitous on the battlefield. But not all problems require technological solutions when a change of TTP can more efficiently solve the problem. If space (satcom) and the electromagnetic spectrum become a contested battle space, and they will in near-peer conflicts, then those drones become less useful. For every new wonder-weapon, there is a defense; for every defense, there is a countermeasure.

The first F-4s were deployed without a gun, because all future air engagements would be a missile fight! Didn't work out too well. We'd do well to remember that.

That's what they voted for.
perhaps in the same way "we" voted for biden.
choices are driven by information, and we haven't had reliable, honest or unbiased information in a long time.

a good example is the j6 committee report. lots of americans think there was an insurrection, even though it is full of lies.

I'm concerned about the "conservative news" outfits continuously hammering Biden on pardons, absences, cognitive decline, not running the country, etc. Although deserved, the ultimate outcome might be that Trump ends up being the 48th President.

Thank you,
MrSmith

I am still expecting KH at the last minute to give Biden a pardon

Hopefully gets charged with a separate felony for each spray.

Well, he got arrested in Arizona, let's see if charges stick.

A boy has been using the girls’ locker room to change at Westosha Central High School. He stares at the young girls while they change and that makes them feel very uncomfortable. Some of the girls began to use the stalls to change. When they would exit, the boy would be exposing his penis and rubbing himself with lotion. He claimed to the girls that the lotion was to “prevent chafing.”

He just needs to be beaten then shot…

Them girls should give him a blanket party.

So where's this pervs dad.
Somebody needs to look that clown up and go kick his ass.
Theres now way this shit should be going on, absolutely no way.

He MAY get a slap on the wrist. What would be more appropriate is if he were to have to eat all his food sprayed with that until the can is empty. Then, make sure he never has health insurance and he’s dealt the consequences accordingly. WHO the fuck thinks this shit up? What happened to making cock and balls in the fruits and veggies section. Heck, I’m old and I still think it’s funny.

This cannot happen by mistake
Prove to me there was no MANPAD sourced from American provided stockpiles in Afghanistan or Libya.

Claiming friendly fire, though embarrassing, is way less politically lethal than “Fast and Furious II - The Military Edition”.

Maybe it’s why the patient and the ho returned to DC Friday looking sick and pale.

Either that or the F-18 was in “Iran Air” livery.

Perhaps the SAM came off the Sig 320 line and someone dropped it.
