It is people like this, actions such as this that cause the "The (concept of the) rule of Law" to decay to the point where a great many people just start ignoring the law. It is something that democrats have been doing for a very long time. It's just that now, it's out of the shadows and in plain sight.

Unfortunately, I think no one should be surprised when a greater percentage of the population (on both sides of the aisle) begin to adopt the same attitude. I am a strong believer in the law, but only when it is Just and it is applied to all people equally. When it is not, that's when the trouble starts.

What will be interesting to see is when (hopefully only "if") Conservatives adopt the same attitude(s) toward the law that the liberals have. I imagine there will be wailing and catterwauling on the left like we have never seen before. To a certain degree, I think it has already started. But, it's early, I think it is going to only get worse as time goes on.
