From what it appears to me, you could be right. Either Rt. gear wasn't fully down and locked or, he caught the apron were snow was piled from clearing the runway and it sunk in. Cross-wind could have something to do with not be centered down the runway at the moment of touchdown. One moment it was, then the next, it wasn't. no time to correct. Mac
Maximize the video. Then look at the blowing snow towards the end. It appears that the wind is almost straight down the runway. Any crosswind component would have been minimal.
