All others tasks/issues should be reassigned to the states, local governments, and individual Citizens. The Congress cannot legally delegate its authority to someone else, as per the nondelegation doctrine. If and when they do, this becomes an issue of constitutionality. The loss of individual rights and the growing annual budget deficit are a result of our Federal Government dealing with affairs not assigned to it by the Constitution.

I have a female friend I took shooting, and first time she shot one of these she hit target at like 300 yards; laughed her ass off, was like "can I shoot again? then...repeat....repeat...repeat." Hell, she was shooting better than I was. I don't remember any complaints about recoil...she was astounded by how loud they are compared to pistol. But that's all she wants to do now is burn 223/5.56
