Your idea for the government is spot on. On multiple levels.
Not all testing is voluntary. Go the hospital? Test is probably going to be required. Some jobs require it multiple times a month. They are starting to make testing mandatory for those who have not gotten the covid injections. I've read companies are requiring twice a week. Having these rules in place means they will start pushing testing even more to remove your ability to freely move about.
All you need to see is the 'sophisticated' living in zero fear of killing each other to know their is no pandemic. Except the servants, they aren't worthy of showing their God given face in the presence of royalty.

First of all, I doubt that all these positive test results for Covid were REALLY positive. IMHO, they are altering the reports on the test results. Even if a person tests negative, it will be reported as a positive.

The studies I could find that looked at infection rates instead of particle percentages blocked, showed no measurable difference. Except in one study cloth mask wearers showed a slight increase in contracting illness compared to the bare face control.

. Very interesting about the breathability of the R95 vs K95 and how the cloth masks also make it much harder for a person to breathe. Meaning if somebody has asthma or lung issues (pre-mature children often have this) then a mask will make things much worse for their day to day life (so shocking.......)
