some random truck driver, not a partner, went to the airport to see what was going on...he was missing for a few days and his family feared he was killed. he texted them from someplace in the US, letting him know he ended up on a plane and was brought here.

The regional response team HAZMAT truck from my department responded to this as well as other regional response teams. Airspace was restricted and I was told by my captain who was incident commander, that none of the upper level gov agencies had any type of contingency plans in place for an accident or spill of vaccines. The truck carrying the cargo wrecked in a construction zone where the state road department had a lane shift to do repairs on a bridge. It was a reefer truck loaded with vaccines that were to be shipped to Africa.

I think the pushback against the church offering it's facility is because just a short time ago the government did everything possible to shut down the churches.

Agreed, which I also find asinine that SCOTUS deferred to Congress on this, as if those cunts in Washington DC should have ANY FUCKING influence on private contracts between individuals, in their respective states.

We know what the outcome will be. The psychiatrist that evaluates him will just be following orders when he says he is nuts.
This brings up another problem. In his last video LTC Scheller said he was resigning his commission immediately. I realize that has hasn't been formally discharged and the Marine Corps doesn't have to accept his resignation immediately. Yet it's going to be pretty difficult for them to evaluate a service member bent on getting out.
Depending on whether or not he had any service commitments the Marine Corps could also relegate him to an enlisted status after his resignation.
Then there is HIPPA. Even if they did say he was nuts, not even the Marine Corps can divulge that information.
Just the fact that he's being evaluated is enough of a stigma. Then the "whispering campaign" will start.
The could also give him a medical discharge but then again, he's resigned his commission.
There are too many flies in the ointment for the Marine Corps to ignore but any sane (sorry but I had to say it) person can see they are out to make the LTC look bad because he caused the generals a lot of damage.
There is one pork-fucker that I'd like to see if he could pass a psychological evaluation.
