Typically you can't tell the difference, but the inference you make that they're the same is a logical fallacy.
And when that “ garden variety corruption” had the power in local government, they had no problem bending the rules for them selves. If in control of that federal bureaucracy, would be doing the exact same, bending rules and being unjust. That is not a fallacy. They might crush the economy of small town America but the vast majority of the people in small town America will be just fine....if not thrive. She looks great. I have a couple ex-clients who have played a lot of golf with her, and apparently she takes her sports pretty fucking seriously.
She was never going to be a RINO. She is, because of her experiences, a true conservative, even if she may disagree on policy points now and again.
Jim Jordan is on a very short list of politicians I actually trust.
My comment on her physical attributes was mostly a complement. She's over 65 and still in great shape.
As far as a RINO is concerned; pretty much anybody who served under "W" is suspect to me. Rightly or wrongly, still suspect.

It's funny, if you look at all of the Bush figures, they all bashed her, and everybody believed them and not her. But she is the one who doesn't give an inch on actual Conservative principles. She has no place for movement on the second amendment, at all. She may be more centrist here and there, but to me a RINO is somebody who really has no principles, not somebody who holds some positions I disagree with. I am definitely a big Condi fan, which may not be a plus for her popularity in here.

Frankly, I've lost touch with her beliefs. She pretty much got out of the daily hot-seat and I cannot blame her. She's one of only a handful (or less) from W's admin I would not want to debate. Condi is incredibly educated, VERY articulate and measured in her responses and has the ability to do this real-time and unrehearsed. The other, shockingly enough, would be Cheney himself as he's a very fast thinker and seems to easily be able to twist anything said.
I guess since her father was Republican and George Shultz took her under her wing, she's probably the most solid of the older school Reagan-types left in politics.
