a). The state is using a manipulated, low res video of events in Kenosha for the express purpose of creating a visual inference of something that did not happen. They could only accomplish this with a low res video (which amazingly the idiot judge allowed the jury to see on a big screen in the courtroom). How can this visual inference be made? Resampling via an interpolation algorithm, which adds data to fill and in doing so estimates what adjacent pixels should be.
b). Compounding this problem is the fact that smartphones and tablets have several times the number of pixels in the same space that a computer does. Moving an image or video from a computer to a device requires creating multiple versions of the same image / video so it will display correctly on a phone / tablet. The jury saw this video on an iPad.
c). In order for this criminal, fraudulent scheme to work, the prosecution HAD TO HIDE the high res version from the defense, the judge and the jury.
d). It was shown in court that the prosecution had Handbrake (https://handbrake.fr/features.php) installed on their laptop. Handbrake allows you to manipulate the file size or bit rate of video.
e). Its clear to me that the prosecution was never given two different versions of the video. They always had the high res version and used video editing software to downgrade the high res version to new low res video file. Then Binger and Krause used the manufactured evidence as the basis for their provocation theory. In effect, the low res video becomes a Rorschach test into which biased jury members can "see" whatever they want to see. Yes, really.
This is corruption of epic proportions happening in real time streaming to the whole world and yet they are getting away with it because the judge is so old he has no clue and the defense lawyers are either totally incompetent, corrupt or both.
