I have an issue deserving more attention: the nomination of a true communist to head all of US commerce: Comptroller of Currency- banking, financials etc. Dr. Saula Omarova denied her communist upbringing in Russia (member of Young communists, winner of highest prestigious Lenin-named scholarship to Moscow University) as part of "growing up in Russia" , yet in the past two years she has written extensively on 1) hoping the gas/oil/coal companies would go bankrupt to make it easier for a government take-over and "tackle climate change", 2) being an active proponent of "The People's Ledger" having only ONE federal bank that everyone would be required to use solely for all financial matters so when the government needed money it could "have at it" 3) calling bitcoin/cryptocurrency "a danger to national security" 4) calling most financial service industries and organizations in the US "*ssholes", also 5) believes wages as well as commodity prices should be set by the government to "insure equality in the name of democracy" (the latter was her doctoral thesis which she refuses to turn over to the nomination committee, yet was on her resume until 2017)
If anybody still had any reservation that this administration is not trying to subvert everything good about this country, nominations like this should make things crystal clear. This is past socialism to pure communism. I'll spare y'all the 3 hrs of hearings but please watch a few highlights:
