I think it might be worth noting that this is fake news. I went down a rabbit hole in a rage and it turns out the woman in the picture is not the person from the tweets (Helen Blythe who's 5yr old actually died).. The pic is a woman named Kaye Steinsapir (and son getting jabbed) who lost a daughter in a tragic bike accident in 2021. Kaye did get her son vaccinated (the pic is real) but the boy in the photo is alive. So, the tweet text is real (death announcement from Helen Blythe) but the vaccine pic was superimposed from Kaye's twitter page. See how fake news works..

With the 3D space for travel that is being worked on by NASA, Amazon and others, not to mention the Urban Air Mobility initiatives I'm not sure it won't become even more restrictive as time goes on, if that's possible. The reality is that we do not own the airspace above our property, that is Federally owned. Not many people realize that, and no one I know likes it. It really wasn't an issue worth considering as an individual until now.

These have their uses but also some significant limits. The liability for law enforcement is quite large because of what they end up falling on. Spoofing and jamming are the preferred methods, along with tracking the signal back to the controller and dealing with the pilot. Almost every major event in the US has counter UAS systems being employed. Trust me, no one is laughing at drones, the threat is real. To that point, Counter-counter UAS systems are now being employed to varying degrees in order to keep the drones in the air and on mission.
