I told you in the other thread - these Russian sanctions will not last. They look good and signal something to the unintelligent and easily manipulated, but there are real needs in the world economy right now that Russia meets. Notice I said needs - like the EU needs the gas Russia provides because they are not willing to go another route. They fucked themselves and now must pay the Russians while the EU gives the Ukraine second hand equipment to make a show of support while shitting their pants trying to figure out the next move. Who in the hell really thinks geopolitics only occurs at the end of gun? If everyone keeps fucking around with Russia the fertilizer is going to be sky high for a VERY extended period of time and there will be a huge collapse of several markets. And then the real war for limited resources will start. But it wont get that far. My bet now is on everyone letting Russia get their piece of Ukraine and going back to business as usual, with the added Russian sanctions and their respective work-arounds so everyone gets what they need, (including Russia)
