Lets get realistic. this is not, nor has it ever been a Black Plague level epidemic. Its basically a very bad cold, a nasty case of the flu. Nice no! Something we should avoid, Yes! But during the Black Plaglue, something like 40% of Europe’s population died. In the US today, if 40% (or even just 25%) died, we would be looking at something in the neighborhood of between 90 and 120 MILLION People dead. That would be an appropriate shutdown of our nation such as we have had to experience in the past three years.
