I have only been on this spinning rock for 36 years, but I have been getting the feeling that everything is going to have to come to a head here soon. The lies have become too numerous to cover up or remember and the story line is no longer controlable.
Maybe it's because of where I live, but almost everyone I talk feels the same way. My accountant who is pretty liberal went on an impressive rant about it the other day. The younger employees at my wife's restaurant are complaining. One of my customers who most definitely voted for Biden is having some serious regrets. Especially as these price increases keep happening. Every single supplier and trade is mentioning something along the lines of how screwed up everything is. Customers are now expecting long delays and expensive prices...
I think for the first time in a long time, people are evaluating where they are going to draw the line in the sand. We saw it happen with parents and schools, women's sports and people fleeing liberal states to live in more free states. I may be wrong, but I haven't ever felt people's anger running as high as this lately.
