Currently I am on a "native american wars" deep dive. And after reading several books....ahh yea I think so.
A couple good books on the subject.
This one really has its focus on the northern plains, I am just past the Little Big Horn and its aftermath.
More general look at the northern plains, but with some Texas and south west coverage, pretty general.
Comanche focus starting with the Spanish, not as much Quanah Parker as the title would lead you to think.....more of an overall history of the Comanche and other "texas" tribes.....Touches VERY lightly on south west tribes.
One thing all these books cover is the buffalo and its link to the native peoples. Good books that do not paint the american .gov in a real good light. It also does not paint the post Civil War union army in a good light, as well as not being kind to Custer. If you grew up thinking the Indians are the bad guys you are not going to like any of these books, but I found them very good. Full disclosure I am 25% Native.
The entire right side of the political spectrum should have gone gone into motion the very moment they stopped the count and brought in the stacks of fraudulent ballots.
Both me and the wife didn't take a dime PPP money. We didnt even apply for it. My wife and I grew our businesses during covid by working our asses off, and focusing on solutions and not excuses.
Dont get me wrong, would I have liked 10-50k check each? Hell yes, but it goes against everything I stand for. There no such thing as free money, and I honestly believe that money would come back to haunt us later on somehow.
I had to call out my neighbor who is a fishing guide/commercial fisherman the other day. He ended up getting something like 15k of PPP money. He wasn't affected by covid, has no employees. During covid, his buisness actually grew because so many people weren't at work and could fish with their $1400 stimmies.
The other day he starts bitching about the rent moratorium, student debt cancelation, all these people on government assistance and the govt just printing money. Had to point out that he took 15k of government money when he didn't need it and he is always welcome to write the govt a check to pay it back or admit he is part of the problem...."Well, they were just giving that money away, it's different."

I totally understand and agree with you. My only counter would be that money he got, that you could have gotten would have gone into your local economy. It could have helped you accelerate paying some of your debt or solidifying your buisness. I truly feel they were hell bent to give it away. It could have gone to Ukraine, illegals, crack pipes, wefare leaches, etc.......instead local buisness applied it to keeping employees, maybe hiring more employees, making needed improvements , etc.
I hate that money and think we need to survive without good or negative government interference, but the government is not letting us have our total freedom.
Look at it this way.....you are a good American taxpayer who could have gotten some of his stolen income (tax) back. Hope that makes some sense.
I'll be the first to admit, I try to avoid paying the govt any dollar that I don't have to. I get what you are saying, but the handouts need to stop and the people saying one thing and doing another gets tiresome.
I’ve always wondered that about the Democrats/Liberals/left. Every single one of them is able to donate their tax return refund to the government if they so choose. I know it’s a checkbox on a Canadian tax return. Advocating free shit for others paid with debt and taxes of productive people.
My understanding was that the PPP money was a loan. No guarantee that it would be forgiven. I still suspect that will call the money due if you make waves against their agenda.... They now have something to hold over more people's heads.
Hard to hold something over their head when 50% of the money was fraud and they don't really know where it went.

Shit like this has been brought to light in great detail and broken down and thoroughly explained by a large number of Youtube bloggers with high numbers of followers. And I think this has been the main impetus behind the RECORD number of gun and ammo purchases not just here in the US, but throughout the world in 2021. And it gives me a warm feeling throughout... Out of stocks in the shooting market due to high demand brings a smile to my face. I can put up with extended backorders and waits for my items, as long as I know that everybody out there are all trying to stock up on these components as well.
