A fully-armed and armored SWAT TEAM arrived and NEGOTIATED FOR HOURS with a crazed perp who WAS TRAPPED IN A STORAGE ROOM, WITH NO HOSTAGES, WAS NOT TRYING TO ESCAPE AND WAS ARMED ONLY WITH A KNIFE. In addition, he was apparently removed from the hospital he was already in and, I'm guessing, transported to ANOTHER HOSPITAL for treatment of self inflicted wounds.
