Try asking the suburban mom these questions:
(1) Do you and your family have a pet?
(2) If she answers yes, then ask her what kind of pet.
(3) If she tells you that it's a dog that's good. Then ask her what her dog's sex is. If she doesn't have a pet or a dog, point to someone else's dog and ask the question.
(4) If she looks confused then, she is indeed, a lost cause. Walk away.
(5) If she tells you what sex it is then ask her how does she know.
(6) If she gives the obvious answer, that the animal's genitalia confirms the sex then ask her how does she know what sex her child is.
WARNING: This line of questioning is not without risk. The idiot suburban mother will probably go from crazy to deadly-boiling-rabbit-pyscho after step six if she thinks that you are comparing her child to an animal.
