It’s already far more difficult to find ammunition in Blue state urban centers, and removing a huge retailer like Cabela’s/Bass Pro makes it a lot more difficult for lawful owners to obtain ammunition. Eventually the retail sellers will depart that area, followed by anyone else who can leave because the same type of government that would go after an ammo seller will also target individual rights. And so, The Left gains another chunk of territory in the process; with all the urban blight and crime that inevitably follows a takeover by The Left.
Adding in a poor, dependent population is just icing on the cake…more foot soldiers for the fight against independent thinkers, and another drain on the tax payer to break down society even faster. Win-win for their side.

If you are not comfortable in water I don’t think paddle boarding is your sport.
I’d call it an experienced to advance level water sport.

Someone not comfortable in water would not do it.
