The supreme court has the final say over what is or isn't constitutional for the executive branch to do. But much like Andy Jackson, the Biden administration essentially said they made their ruling, now let's see them enforce it.

I don't understand how you can blame the destruction of the US on women. Who orchestrated it? Yes, there are some like V. Nulands, HRC, V. Jarrett, "Condoleeza" (whom Putin recently mentioned), etc. in the mix, but they aren't the puppet masters. Not even close. And we are way past rhetoric they spew anyway. I hear what you are saying, but it comes down to who you believe. I have no doubt the Dems had political motives in attacking Trump, that doesn't rule out that Trump could be in the wrong. I think the far left is evil, I also think the far right is evil, just better at selling their lies.
There is no doubt the attacks on Trump are harsh. I know in business lying and cheating your way to the top is more the norm than the exception. I don't see the fraud trial as justice, it feels to me like opposing groups fighting for power.
But there is validity to his use of fake electors to try to overturn an election result his ego could not accept. That one crosses a line for me.
We need to either believe Trump has done nothing wrong and is only being attacked because he is the Messiah come to save us from the deep state.
Problem I have is Trump lies and exaturates about everything. He is a womanizer although I don't think a rapist. He has cheated on every wife, sometimes with future wives, sometimes with porn stars. Many of his biggest detractors were his close allies and confidants just a year before. He attacks anyone who doesn't agree with him and during his presidency there was more chaos, violence and division the any other in my lifetime.
He is not all bad but he needs to be president to avoid jail, he wants to use it for revenge and why should we believe he will not try to stay in power in 2024 to avoid jail again.
He is just not the right guy for the job. I think the Dems will drop bombshell after bombshell right before the election and get another win.
Play this out, if Trump wins he spends 4 years trying to make his dictatorship permanent by filling the government with blindly loyal puppets while destroying anyone who has oppressed him. If he loses he claims the election was stolen again. That is either a successful insurrection or more likely a lot of good people going to jail.

Truth is, as long as it isn't Trump or Biden I'd be happy with most anyone. There was a time in my childhood when the conservative Democrats were more conservative than the liberal Republicans.
I think there is honor in being the opposition party when you don't win and still working with the other side untill you are on top again. Politics today is do everything you can to make sure the other side can't claim any victories and turn them into inhuman monsters for your supporters to hate.
John McCain attacked Obama calling him a friend to terrorists, that he would run the country into bankruptcy and was relentless attacking his policies. But when the crowd attacked Obama as a person, he stopped them. He said Obama was a good person with good intentions. Then he went right back to attacking his policies. I wish he was a candidate, he was smart and not afraid of intelligence that didn't agree with him.
I think Mike showed integrity by standing up to Trump, I'd rather vote for him than Nikki, but neither is ideal. There is not a candidate I can think of that could heal this divided country.

I don't care that Trump claimed he won, I care that he got a bunch of people so rialed up they showed up to stop the certification of the election and many went to jail while he milkes the lies for better fund raising. He got people who were not state certified electors to say they were, flew the false documents to Washington and tried to get Mike to use them so he could claim victory. He did the whole thing in secret, knowing it had no legal element that could survive the courts afterwards. He partnered with lawyers that his own staff called crackpots while ignoring all the official legal counsel for the presidency.
Those crackpot lawyers are losing everything, his supporters are in jail and he is still trying to push the lies. His behavior is not just claiming he won to save face.

Well let's look at that. A pro Trump non profit called True the Vote spent over $1.5M to a newly formed company called OpSec group. They alone did all research and did not have it independently verified. I wonder about if they had any conflicts of interest. They sell books and a movie and the main people behind it have made millions from it.
Not a single independent group has been able to substantiate the data or conclusions. But investigations have found no validity, not one court has found validity and that makes it suspicious at best and fraudulent most likely.
