the punishment is not as bad you might think.sexual conduct with a dead body is a Class A Misdemeanor.
According to Penal Law. Chapter 40. Of the Consolidated Laws. Part Three. Specific Offenses. Title H. Offenses Against the Person Involving Physical Injury, Sexual Conduct, Restraint and Intimidation. Article 130. Sex Offenses, sexual conduct with a dead body is a Class A Misdemeanor.

After going on two Carnival cruises out of Galveston I would classify them as a budget friendly offering with a dash of ethnocentrism mixed in.
A majority of the passengers are a rather boisterous group of people who partake in consuming high quantities of alcohol until the early morning hours followed by copious amounts of brash street talk resulting in violence reminiscent of a pack of hyenas on an early morning hunting trip.

Not a fan of cruises, especially cheap ass cruises offered by Carnival. They cater to an interesting demographic.
You would think they wouldn't be so eager to fall for that ocean going boat thing again!
