I saw something on the news that said the 2nd degree charges are because only a Grand Jury can make a 1st degree charge in MN, and when it goes to them the charges will probably be upgraded. I'm not sure if that's true, but if so, Dinesh should know that.
Sorry, @MWAlex2 , that's two of your posts in a row I've disputed - not aimed at you, but the comments made by the people in them. I agree with Dinesh it definitely SHOULD be 1st degree, but I think it probably will end up there pretty quickly if I understood the process.
I take no offense and welcome any information/comments that might clarify or refute something I post. I want information to be accurate, not an echo in a chamber.

since liberals and teachers unions run the place, with no accountability, it is no wonder they encourage illegal migration to fill those seats.

....even though many if not most of the public schools are completely failing at teaching anything but woke ideology and violence.

Notice NOTHING, or almost nothing about "Juneteenth" today, right? Compared to 2021 and 2022?

Much of the woke social trends are corporate driven. This year, almost every major corporation are doing the exact opposite, trying to distance themselves from woke trends since Anheuser Busch torpedoed themselves. "Pride month" has also suffered it's most severe flop this year in decades, losing up to 70% of it's corporate sponsors and ad generation. Without commercial ad space and every post office, courthouse, and other public works caving and giving them a section of wall to post banners on, the woke minority is nothing but just that, a vocal, obnoxious minority.

another asgh bombshell that reveals a corrupt teasonous biden/garland prosecutor wanted to go after trump because?

recording the Pledge of Allegiance at Mar-a-Lago with Kash Patel and Ed Henry, noting that profits from the project were routed through an LLC run by Henry and intended for families of jailed J6 defendants — excluding those who assaulted police

doesn't look like he has a lot of practice with that handgun.

First, he had a hood rat grip (turned sideways), then it looks like he intentionally lowered it before firing. He was either trying to just scare the guy enough to stop the attack with warning shots, or he was trying to disable him with a shot to the legs or feet. Everything he did looked incredibly stupid, and he's lucky if he didn't get stabbed.

All true but he did kill the guy so there is that.

Salt Lake City Protest - story is changing......Yellow Vest needs to go down for homicide and the Yellow Vest folks sued into the poorhouse.

New video shows Gamboa was in the low ready and did not begin moving until after Yellow Vest started shooting. (EVERYONE HAS A RIGHT TO BE ARMED but Vest Man decided he was only one on the street that was professional enough......

This is why barr had Durham drag his ass. So when he found the information, they could all decry, statute of limitations has expired

"Barr told The Associated Press on Tuesday that he had appointed U.S. Attorney John Durham as a special counsel in October"

Intel
— once the dominant chipmaker which powered most PCs — sent an email to employees on Saturday, warning that job cuts are coming to its factories.
With Intel employing 109,000 globally, that would mean 16,350 to 21,800 layoffs.

Snooty Lake Tahoe residents in uproar over plan to let local dishwashers access their private beaches

Ray Tulloch, a trustee who's owned a property in Incline Village for 18 years, said he thought opening up the beach to employees would be unfair to homeowners, who each pay a $655 annual fee to maintain it.
'It puts the whole beach deed at risk,' Tulloch said. 'I'm not sure why owners should be paying that much money for a private facility that is then potentially opened up to the world.'

Since 2023, Incline Village's beaches have been fully private and reserved for its roughly 7,800 homeowners and their guests.

But the five-member board that governs Incline Village ultimately decided access should be expanded to the workers who keep recreation and utility services running.

IMO - cancel the low $655 annual fee, and make it a public beach. All beach is public up to the water line.
