Considering this article was published on Feb 1, 2019, I'm guessing no. But that won't stop people from believing it just the same.

Here’s a thought for resolving the rising crime in “New York City.” Lay off every member of the New York City Police force. By laying them off they can seek new employment elsewhere while also earning, Well Earned unemployment benefits. Then abolish all laws.

Therefore, there can be no crime because there are no laws to break. All of New York Cities troubles will be over

(Hint to people living outside of New York City…Build a TALL WALL, with a strong electrical fence above it and guard it with a well armed, well trained militia with authorizartion to use deadly force on anyone attempting to escape the utopia that New York City has become after above steps have been implemented.)
Seems like it’s an island

Like it or not policy is not new . While warmongering talking heads on MSM like to BS folks about Taiwan and folks have a feeling something new is happening , one China policy was always the fact for Peoples Republic of China (PRC) , Republic of China aka Taiwan, and US. Its just different flavors of One China. Republic of China (Taiwan) historically always laid claim to whole mainland China as well. The Peoples Republic of China had same claims that have not changed an iota .

Lets just say if CCP somehow fell from power in China , Taiwan's Kuomintang and DPP would very much try to take hold of power on the mainland and National Unification would be the first order of the day.

''a senior White House official said that President Biden had not stated any new policy during the summit, rather, the official noted that Biden reiterated the old US's decade-old policy for Taiwan. "There is something that the US has reiterated at various points over time, what our officials have reiterated publicly earlier this year that there is nothing particularly new or different about the US policy,"
