I disagree with this. The people asking you these questions are generally just pee-on's. Some sort of glorified door greeter that probably doesn't know any better or has been brain washed by the corporate environment and mainstream media. They are asking because they are told to do so.
If every single person walks through that door and either lies and/or is nice and polite, that person probably goes home at the end of the day feeling pretty good about their job and themselves. It would just confirm what they are doing is right and good. If they stop one or two rude anti vaxxers, they probably feel really fulfilled about doing their job as well. Now how do you think they would feel if they were berated all day everyday by half of the people going through the door? Probably like their job sucks and these people should probably be left alone and wishing that coporate would change the policy.

Just listened to a podcast where they were going over data from South Africa Omicron patients.
They were saying 76% of the positive tests at the hospital were being picked up incidentally. Meaning those people were at the hospital for other reasons than covid. Doctors are also saying these patients rarely require supplemental O2 and the average number of days at the hospital from covid has gone from 8 days to 2 days.
