Posting product reviews?

If I wanted to post a review of a scope, what info should I include? I'm thinking of making a template that I can use to review products as I get them and use them.

So far, I figure the following would apply to a scope:
-Make/Model
-MFR Specs
-Image Clarity
-Reticle Clarity/Functionality
-Ergonomics/Ease of Use
-Construction

Am I missing anything? What else would folks want to know?
