This problem is not that, and it will only escalate how far no one really knows. One says pink mist will solve the problem, they can buy the same arms you can. Some of them probably already own them. You shoot they shoot my kids get caught in the cross fire, my rights get trampled because of this wack job or that one.
Violence will not fix this, if you disagree oh well I tried. Push yourself away from the keyboard and go try your way. I'll show up to your court case or funeral with the same sadness either way.

I am not calling for violence. I am acknowledging that to actually turn this country around, that is what it will take. Its a rational thought. One that I wish wouldn’t be the case but this is the world we live. Random fighting in the street is not the answer that we can agree. It would need to be more focused.

I'm assuming you already checked the drivers for the wifi card and also checked that the wifi disable hotkey didn't get pressed (or have disabled it in the bios).
If that doesn't work & you think it's a hardware issue, the wifi card can usually be swapped out pretty easily with another one and then with a bit more work you can swap out the keyboard. You should be able to find both pretty cheaply on eBay.
Or if it's new, hopefully you are still under warranty & went for the onsite warranty instead of the mail in warranty (which sucks) & then you can get Dell to repair it.

Funny enough I spent hours and hours on with dell customer service hey said they tried to fix eveything then tried to sell me a premium service for a month old lap top... Told them I would put it in a wood chipper first and to fuck off... Geek Squad looks at it try’s reinstalling drivers,,,, taps the keys ,,, then says this is Brooke and its under dell warranty,,,, we can ship it now or at your convenience... shipped it today,,,, they said week and half to two weeks...Fucking dell sells me a fkd up computer then tries milking me for more money to find out what’s wrong with it..

The trick is to figure out what the Indian script is and how to get them to loop to the end where it says, can't fix this on the phone, resolution is send out a tech with the parts... have I provided excellent service? (I usually just use chat instead of the phone, it's easer to get them flustered and at the end of the script).
I've been dealing with computers of all types made by them for about 20 years, most of the time it's quicker to order the replacement part and take care of it yourself unless it's some of the expensive parts like the motherboards (that now have the CPU, video and sometimes even the memory and SSD, non removable soldered on), or display assemblies etc.

Hey AJ, sorry to hear about your Dell woes. I worked as a S/W Product Manager for Industrial Automation Software sales years ago (2002 timeframe) and had a Dell, actually that was the company standard. Seemed like 1/3 of all the company laptops had problems sooner or later, including the one I had. Last Dell I ever owned.......
Fast forward to 3 or so years ago. Bought my first MacBook. For personal use, I will never buy another Windows based machine. Apple has weird file structures and navigation, but they DON'T have the bullshit Microsoft "new" O/S every couple of years. My MacBook has been through, I dunno', three, four, maybe five O/S updates (not upgrades) and it just works. Looks to me like MacBooks go for roughly 2x what Windows notebooks/laptops go for. But, I don't get the stupid BSOD's and the thing just locking up. I'm not sure I've ever seen a "please upgrade driver" notification. Not a Mac fanboy, but I am impressed with the fact that they just "Work".

The cult of Apple works well for a lot of folks that "just want it to work" and don't like tinkering much.
I prefer PC based hardware because I like to tear it all apart and upgrade / change everything on a regular basis (including on laptops).
Windows 7 can be pretty stable long term, but it's days are numbered because Microsoft really wants to try to kill it off as hard as possible.
Windows 10 is annoying as anything with the constant twice yearly complete os re-install that sometimes kills your laptops dead as a doornail.
So I prefer Windows 7 or Linux Mint Cinnamon for stability.
If you want really stable, try good PC hardware and a decent install of Linux that you never upgrade.
Yeah, I do REALLY love the Windows file structure. I don't have to be intelligent to find my way around in it. Being a savant (what little I am) hasn't helped me in the least bit with iOS file "structure"........
