Another day in Biden's paradise. I wonder if this is what has the local junkie population asleep standing up on the sidewalks 'round here.

I saw one the other day, standing up, completely folded over at the waist, arms dangling to the ground, phone in hand, just knocked out. Cardboard sign says "need money for food" 🙄
The fuck does this have to do with bidumb? These spurious correlations are why people roll their eyes when you point out things he ACTUALLY fucked up. Starting to think accounts like yours are carpetbaggers, trying to make real conservatives look like a bunch of drooling idiots. You want to blame a president for the current state of drug abusers in this country? Start with Nixon.

Probably a reference to the many and numerous articles and accusations of him being the best friend ever to the Mexican drug cartels.

Why would “local gangs”, go through this compounding process, any chance that bridge for sale is the one that got hit in Maryland “reduced price needs minor repairs”?
Local gangs have always cut the product. Nobody cuts it before wholesale, and definitely not before shipping (smuggling). Why would they bulk their product out (with a barely regulated ingredient) before it reaches the local market? All that extra weight gets counted as narcotics in the charges, so why move the extra before you reach the target market? Cutting with cheap fillers and compounding with additional active ingredients always happens at the local distribution/retail market. Do you think drug cartels don't pay attention to logistics?

Even for additives like fentanyl; they may ship together, but are usually packaged separately and mixed at the local/regional level. That's why you rarely read about a large fentanyl seizure where they didn't also seize a load of other narcotics.

Considering cartels are actively operating in all 50 states, not so far fetched.

'Most ruthless' Mexican cartels operate in all 50 states, bring turf wars to US: DEA
Yeah, they are the receiving end of the distribution pipeline. The last guys moving real weight. Then it gets passed off to the locals for "last mile" delivery.

Yes, drug dealers cut the product but not with exotic pharmaceuticals they use over the shelf products that are readily available and cheap, corn starch and other cheap powder substances, more volume ”higher” revenues. As for “nobody cuts it before wholesale“ isn’t applicable when it comes to Mexican cartels, personally I believe the Chinese are significantly influencing how the drug business is now conducted South of our boarder. Mexican cartels are about money, China is all about destroying Western civilization.

All those street gangs with chemists on staff to compound exotic sedatives that aren't hardly known outside of veterinary or speciality medicine.

Or no, that's far-fetched...maybe it's those inner city street gangs, diverting shipments of powerful sedatives from reaching veterinary offices! I wondered what all those news stories were about, the ones where Veterinarians are saying their sedatives never arrived and it's impacting their ability to treat animals.

Same with the fentanyl, really, it's the local street gangs compounding it and cutting the upstanding Mexican cartels heroin. Inner city street gangs, in addition to having chemists on staff, are also super knowledgeable about obtaining precursor chemicals with unpronouncable names (to then create sedatives, to cut the pure, Mexican provided heroin).

@IronSkillet Personally I believe, similar to you, that it's mainly China supplying precursors at a minimum, and possibly equipment and manpower to the large Mexican cartels to produce fentanyl, fentanyl analouges and now these sedatives. China gets to wage shadow war on the The West, further degrade the moral fabric, and bankrupt our Healthcare systems, while the cartels get to make tons of money and get easy access to all the exotic shit needed to manufacture (and distribute?) their wares.
