GAP PPR in 6mm creedmoor, mounted scope today. Bore sighted and first groups. Very windy, I had to wait between gusts to get my groups off. Factory Hornady 108 gr ELD match. 200 yard sand pit. Not bad for right out of the box.
Love this thing. Practicing some tripod shooting at distance as I am new to tripods.

Shot the GAP for the second time today. PPR 6mm creedmoor, 200 yards. I always tend to blow that last shot in the group of 5

but thank you sincerely! If you’re gonna get a tripod, I highly recommend saving up and biting the bullet and buying a RRS. Whether it’s buy nice or buy twice, or buy once cry once, you’ll be glad you did. Super solid, very light considering the fact there’s 4 sections in each leg, and the avail 30 gives a ton of movement when you need it and absolutely zero when locked down, it is 110% worth it imho.And the pic was taken on my iphone 11pro max. I’m hoping to get an actual camera one of these days to generally start taking better pictures of wonderful Colorado lol

Up until now I’ve been a gas gun guy, but once I shot this it has me thinking about selling my 6.5 Creedmoor gas gun and just keeping it.
It’s a fairly budget rifle but shoots better than Any other rifle I own and exceeded my expectations. Very pleasant to shoot.

I'm shooting up the .22-250 ammo because this bang stick is going to get a new barrel in 6.5CM. This is three hundred rounds that I shot through this in about nine hours today
I put probably close to a couple thousand rounds through the rifle in the last couple of months. I have two hundred more that are going to hit steel tomorrow. Then it's getting the new barrel.

Bought a bare M700 RR-prefix action, PTG bolt with mini 16 extractor, Kreiger 1-7.5tw bbl (similar to sendero contour, but slightly lighter that I found on their inventory list). Chambered with my 6XC reamer, threaded muzzle 5/8-24 for a TBAC CB mount, went with TT Primary trigger, PTG Stealth DBM, Precision Armament 20 MOA scope rail, painted it all with a mix of CeraKote McM OD & McM tan, and put it into a Manners T3 in molded-in GAP camo. Mounted a Bushnell 4.5-18x44 LRHS with TPS TSR low rings. Was a good rifle, just didn't care for prone shooting with the T3, so ordered a Manners EH1A in Elite midnight camo, glued in pillars, then bedded the OD/tan painted bbl'd action in the new stock. Pulled it out the next day, degreased & blasted the original CeraKote off, and re-painted it in sniper gray. Wanted to try Hawkins Precision DBM, so went that route - so far, after one short range session at 600yds (short due to 98*F & 60% humidity), I'm comfortable shooting prone off bipod & rear bag, and like the Hawkins DBM.

This is the desert mold from Manners. Nothing special, but if finally got my rig where I want her. Hopefully she shoots as good as she looks.
If you pull the trigger when the snake is wrapped around the muzzle brake...it will take care of your snake problem.....
Just put this together last week. Had to go to work so it’s unfired at this time.

This started off as a factory FDE Grayboe. Alamo Precision Rifles painted a black base then did a sponge paint in the Elite Altus Highlands pattern.
I see so many awesome Manners stocks in these pictures - then I go to their website and get totally turned off by the way they pitch their product.
Not saying anything about their stocks. Saying their website is so poor I wont even waste my time trying to figure that out.

Not to belabor the point thought how would I learn what I want? There are dozens of mfrs of stocks and chassis systems. Many of them are doing a better job via the web. Perhaps Manners are so exceptional they do not have to. I will probably never know...
