I want to get in to a little long range shooting. Have been reading and researching and there is so much info out there. Patriot Valley Arms and Badrock were the most helpful when I called them. Any other suggestions? I reload for my rifles now and really enjoy it so this is another reason for me to build loads.

Take a class, use there weapon and ammo, for instance the Precision Rifle 1/2 combo is 1400 bucks at Rifles Only in Kingsville TX, 5 days of learning, you live on range, learn on the range, in the end the costs will be cheaper than buying this and that and wasting ammo.

If you have the time I like what Cobra and Matt mentions above, you can get lost in the barrage of equipment and companies and gear and accessories and...the list goes on. If you give us some more specifics on exactly what you're hoping to find many of us can help steer you in the right direction, but again, if you say I'd like to learn about good triggers, well there are a boatload of companies out there that make triggers now. Because of the explosion of interest in the sport there have been all kinds of companies jumping in some good, some not so good, but mostly good.

Sorry guys, I guess I should have said need help deciding what to buy. But I like all of the suggestions above, I've taken a couple classes already and pretty much know what caliber I want to shoot. Now I'm just trying to decide whether to build a rifle or buy. Patriot Valley walked me all the way through every option I needed to select to get what I wanted in a 6.5 PRC. Badrock already has one built told me about some of the features (outside of type of barrel they use).

Don't overlook the SH Edition rifles that Ashbury is putting out, I think they're just under $2k out the door. If I was going to have somebody build me a while rifle I'd probably use LRI.

I can't find the SH edition on their website. In all reality 2k for the rifle is most likely my target I just want to make sure I'm getting the most bang for my buck. I like shooting long range but also like building up loads and a new precision rifle gives me a reason to do this.

Most is subjective at best.
Pick the features you want and use that as a guide.
The APO and production class based rifles are all great options.
All have compromises in one way or the other yet compete fairly to each other.
Don’t get lost looking for best, most and greatest.

If you are looking at custom rifles, take a look at the GAP PPR. $2500 gets you one hell of a deal (Defiance action, Manners stock, Bartlein Barrel, TT trigger, etc.). Those guys really know how to build 'em. Give Ash a call and he'll walk you through questions you may have.

$2500 for all that, that is a crazy good deal!
