Rifle Scopes preferred side for bubble level?

is there a preferred side to install a bubble level? i shoot right handed, so i would assume on the left of my scope, but figured i'd ask

If you’re right handed and position to the left of the rifle, then a level on the right side will not be visible.

^^^ What Dave said. As a right hand shooter if you shoot with both eyes opening the level can be in your periphery and if you shoot with one eye closed just open your eye and you should see it on the left side of your scope.

I shoot with both eyes open and I'm a left handed shooter so my level is on the right side....I can see it in addition to my sight pix. If right eye it goes on the left - if left eye it goes on the right.

Yup left side so you can see it with your weak eye.
