Rifle Scopes Premier Reticles' Warranty

Sorry to bother you with my question, but I just had a big issue with my PR Heritage 3-15x50.
Today at the range, I had to click due to a strong wind, and after getting 2 mil to the right, it had no effect, 2 more, and still nothing changing...
Checking my turret and the locking system, I saw that the system just broke... After a further ckeck, I saw that the seal had been cut and the locking system just broke apart...
When and how can I get some spare part for these parts?

They are wider making the stronger, more reliable, and easier to use. I LOVE ALL my Premier rifle scopes.

Premier and S&B scopes have the best turrets for tactile and audible confirmation. I have a Steiner 5-25 with the admitted 'original' turrets and they are not as crisp in any way. Steiner have upgraded turrets but I can't be bothered to send in the scope.

I just received the spare parts from Optronika (Germany) today. 36 hours after the first contact, the parts arrived at home (France)!!! Outstanding job and service.
The new toggles are stronger, larger and easier to operate.

Which Premiers? The ones made a few years ago or the ones made now (are they making any now?)
Is Premier (Canada) producing and delivering any scopes right now?
For my $$, Steiner is the safest and best choice for the ultra premium scope market, bar none.
IF better turrets are available, get yours from Steiner and be happy.
Remember, the original PR turrets were mushy nightmares, they did indeed improve thereafter, but the Heritage is a scope with varied history,so please specify which model/timeframe you are referring to...

What's the problem with the PR turrets? Originals and thereafter? My Heritage 3-15x50 is the #000313. Sounds to be one of the firsts batches, no? So what do you sincerely think about it?
Personnally, I own a special edition Premier Reticles Leupold Mk IV LR/T 3,5-10X40 M1 since maybe 15 years and I'm still very happy with it.
That was back when Dick Thomas was running the show. He was fine gentleman and a man of his word. If he told you he was going to do something you could bet the farm that it would be done.
The above is not a criticism of Chris. I've never talked with Chris, but, I did own a Heritage 5-25x56 though - GREAT scope! I did talk with Dick on several occasions and he always left me with a good feeling regarding the firearms' industry in general. I thought as long as there are men around like Dick Thomas running the show, shooters (snipers/competition/hunters/paper punchers) had people in the industry that had our best interests at heart.
I actually bought my first two Premiers from Liberty Optics, Scott. That was before your company and Premier went sideways. Anyhoo, the issue with 'mushy' turrets was quickly handled by getting two new sets of updated "clickers" direct from Premier. Only one scope of mine had 'mushy' turrets, but the gent @ Premier insisted on sending me a spare set for the other PH, too. Don't remember if that was Paul, or not, it was quite a while ago already...
Several years later, one PH 3-15x scope has been traded for a Lite Tac (which is my fav), while the original 5-25x with new 'clickers' has been runnn' without a hiccup for years.
Just wanted to make light of how minor an issue those 'mushy' clicks were, and how prompt & professional Premier was in addressing it at that time. With 4 Premier scopes now, that has been the only time I needed to rely on Premier's warranty for satisfaction. Pertaining to the thread, I ended up completely satisfied...

Some of the original PH scopes had issues with the MTC turrets having too soft (mushy) of a feel. The fine 0.1mil clicks were easily lost/passed over when dialing a correction.
Premier addressed the issue by using a harder material for the internal 'clicker' part of the MTC turret. The parts were sent out, were easily user replaceable and solved the problem.

I wanted to be sure of my undestanding of this term. On my windage turret, I used to experiment that sensation but it seems that once I changed the seal with the new one and checked that this one was on the perfect emplacement, it works perfectly.
But I'll keep an eye on it and I'll know what to ask for to the warranty service if it continues.

I had a Premier 3-15 with the upgraded turrets that Paul installed. My original Premier was from you which I sold and that did have soft turrets. The second 3-15 that I bought I was very satisfied with it after Paul did a turret upgrade (bought here as second hand). Also, I was on the range when Ilya did a full review and write up (I think High End Tactical II) and played with the Premier's that were sent to him that day and the clicks were on par with S&B in my view.
I also have a 5-25 MSR Steiner right now (from CSTactical). The clicks are soft and are not aligned perfectly with the marker on the scope body. It's kind of a pain but I'm used to it. It tracks perfectly and I don't want to mess with it.
I still have my original 3-12 Hensoldt and that scope still has the absolute best eye box and clarity of site picture to my eyes (I've not seen the BEAST and for the price I don't care to either). The clarity of the Steiner is very close but the eye box makes the overall effect less than the Hensoldt. However, I'm not really using the Hensoldt so will likely be selling it soon and most likely for another Steiner.
