I do know one thing for sure, a company doesn't go under as long as folks are willing to buy and pay those prices for their product. If you owned a company and were selling product like hotcakes, would you fold and run?? As long as people are buying they aren't going anywhere.

Now that's not even close to being true. In ANY industry, if a company is not being managed correctly, it doesn't matter how much you sell a product for or how popular it is - it can and will go under - it's just a matter of "when". I'm not saying that's the case with Premier. I'm just saying that your premise is incorrect.
