It's a matter of your budget, one of my brothers did a lot of playing around with lasers in college.
If you have the budget you can buy the USA made professional research ones...
But when you don't have enough budget, you buy the cheap stuff from China and rebuild it yourself & get most of it done on the cheap.

Yes and I believe this is what it will come to a head over. That along with voter and election tampering. add in the gun confiscation thing and I believe they are testing to see what they can get away with. Mostly the police were told to just stand around and let the mobs destroy historical statues worth probably hundreds of thousands to replace / restore. The "Just doing their duty" types refused to step up and stop it, the prosecutors refused to prosecute and the crooked politicians are like... oh well... pitty....
