I can’t say if the 300 blackout subsonic prime ammo is a good value, but there is no comparison to rim fire vs center fire ammo in any manufacturer. I can’t think of any ammo plant that does both in same facility or even by the same manufacturer. For example
prime 6.5 creedmoor is the same as Norma match (details not sure). Same bullet and brass anyway as I understand it. The rimfire is made by another company (matey eley?). Anyway quality is measured by reputation, check out the posts on prime 6.5 creedmoor ammo and decide. I have shot nearly 2 cases (400 rnds) of Prime 6.5 creedmoor and it is first rate, .38 best group and one 3x4 (nontypical) whitetail buck at 455 yds. Btw I’m not endorsing this ammo for hunting but it was what I had and it worked well. Partial recovered bullets -namely the empty tip but decent damage to shoulder.
