Primmer pocket tool question

I have a fair amount of Federal GMM brass that the primer pocket is to small to reprime???? What is the problem and what primer tool is needed to open up the primer pocket?
Some of the brass re-primes just fine with normal pocket tension.

It shouldnt be crimped as its fgmm so you shouldnt need a reamer or a swager. So a uniformer would be the tool to use, plenty of choices out there. If you do it on one, do it on them all.

What are you using to prime them? Are you sure that the primers are going in centered? What primer are you using? Take any measurements yet?
