I’ve got a Brocock Commander XR Magnum that I’d like to have tuned. Had AoA replace the reg and do some service but need to get it back to where it was originally. I’m primarily rimfire now but still enjoy my PCPs, especially when they are hyper accurate! Have three kids, one being a newborn, and work as state dep contractor, so no time to dick around.

I’ve heard of different airgun smiths that can go through a rifle to optimize and tune it. Just not involved enough in the community to know who exactly.

Thanks in advance for any help!

I think your right, I know he has had some medical issues lately. But he is always worth an ask. I know Allen is a great guy and the rifle are great when you get the rifle back... but his time line is shockingly long. And then his responses back are really hit and miss, being as he doesn't do the internet.

@Macirsh I have a version of that rifle and had similar issues with it when I first got it. I ended u replacing the reg and learned to work on my own rifle. Once I got it set, I didn't mess with my settings. It's not tough, but I understand the time constraints. Let me ask around and see who is close to you. Derrick in the Houston Metroplex has an excellent reputation as a tuner. Here's a link to Derrick's site.

@Macirsh I heard back from a buddy in NC. He says that you may also try contacting Cape Fear Airguns

I don't know anything about this shop. This advice came from someone that I have learned to trust and have been acquainted with via online forums for a couple of years.
