I recently purchased a used Glock barrel from a guy here. Paid via PayPal, received tracking information but the package has only been scanned once and has, “been enroute to the next facility “ for over a week. And is way past it’s due date. USPS isn’t able to find it at this point. I asked the seller to consider a refund since I’ve lilsl paid for an item I’ll never receive and suggested he file an insurance claim with USPS. He has informed me that he won’t do that and it’s between me and USPS. Am I wrong for believing i should be refunded? This is the second time USPS has ducked me, first I was the seller and I remebursed the buyer. Perhaps I’m a fool. I haven’t filed a PayPal dispute yet but am considering it. Please advise
