Problems w/ Powder Dispenser

Howd'y,

Im having problems with my RCBS powder dispenser, powder seems to be sticking in the bottom of it messing my my loads, so Im stuck measuring them out all the time, anyone know any tricks to combat this? Ive run about 2 or 3 small jars of powder thru it but still no luck.

is it new? Have you taken it all apart and cleaned it? Wipe it all down maybe run a buffing wheel on some of the moving parts.

what kind of powder? sometimes i run mine all the way down rather than filling the hopper all the way just to wipe out the residue. the dry air may be causing static cling also.

This is another guys idea, but I saved the picture.
He said it helped get more consistant powder drops.

Haha nice, dont think my wife will go for that one, I use H335 in it so Im going to clean it all out once again with some carb cleaner to see if that dose the trick.

Instead of carb cleaner try regular rubbing alcohol on the plastic parts. If it's statis try using a grounding wire on the metal parts. Run one end to the cold water pipe.

You should not use any liquid lubricants on the powder measure.
