Couple quick questions here. Waiting for the completion of a rifle build. I'm using a bighorn tl3 and manners chassis stock. Even though I had a tl3 in hand I found a DLC'd tl3 and decided to go that route. Only down side is the tl3 I had in hand was a remington tang where the DLC is a medium tang, so it doesn't sit flush in stock.

Does anyone know if manners inlets the bighorn for different tangs? Guessing probably not with the chassis at least.

Also anyone have an idea of the lead times with PVA for barrels? Sent mine in a couple months ago, never asked and just curious.

Now I know both questions would be best out of the horses mouth, but it's the weekend. I'll call them Monday.

Thanks

I've got a Manners mini-chassis T2A stock and have a medium tang TL-3 action. I didn't notice any issue with the fit of the tang in the stock on mine. I don't believe Manners inlets the stock any different for the tang since I didn't tell them what tang I had when I ordered the stock. Here's a picture below of what mine looks like.

As far as PVA lead times, Josh is a popular smith and gets a lot of work. His lead times can reflect that since he is pretty much a one man operation. Just check in with him on things, he'll respond to you.

I don't know that the tang matters much as far as inlet goes. I have the thickest tang on mine.

This is in an MPA BA Comp chassis. Still fit well, just didn't look as flush as others. The footprint still fits 700 inlets.

This is in the KRG W3 chassis, which has a little more room in the back. Better look, but not any different in how it bolted to the chassis.
