Just wanted to let everyone know that the New England PRS match held this weekend was a huge success. The match was held on top of a mountain in Dalton New Hampshire at the Team O'Neal Driving school. This was their first and only PRS match. They knocked it out of the park. It was extremely well run. The COF was very challenging. We literally hiked and shot on top of and around the mountain. Although the target sizes were generous (for the new shooters, which made up almost 1/2 the competitors), the angles, elevation, terrain and props made it very challenging. I hope Wyatt and crew continue to hold matches here. Please don't hesitate to come to future matches in New England held by Team O'Neal.

Granny Bow & Gun Club in Granby MA will be hosting .22 PRS matches. Our 1000y shooting line has been closed by the Town for lack of a permit (zoning issue). We have brought suit against the town in Boston Land Court as we feel strongly that the Club did nothing wrong and were well within the law.

The Sheepdog Warrior range in NY will be hosting PRS matches as well as a club in NH and VT. Join the Northeast Precision Shooters Page on fb as all our PRS matches are advertised there.

I hope you shove it in without lube and break it off. Antis and NIMBYs need to be taught a lesson.

Email response's are tough to get considering their fulltime rally school, we've tried to setup up club matches or practice shoots but never got a response on either. Looks like the king of 223 Sean Wiseman will be running this match again this year, I'm pumped he did a great job last year. U might be able to reach him through PRS website.

He has no email contact on there. It actually looks like you need to join and pay $100 dollars to shoot. Too bad since this is the only local match available that I can go to. Requiring someone to join and pay $100 is going to suppress interest. There should be a one time match fee to participate.

All weather gear, rain/etc. good backpack/rifle sling.. gear gets carried with u and it can be in some difficult terrain, up mountains paths/down etc

I slung my rifle last year but I picked up a gunslinger pack shortly after

last match there wasn't a lot past 900, but there was definitely two stages out to 1200. Biggest issue there is reading the wind, you're shooting through Tree paths so it's tough to gauge and extremely tough to spot impacts considering there's no visible dirt in back of the targets. Round count will be the normal 200 but bring 250.

I'll check my notes on elevation

Elevation was around 900ish
