PSA: 2/15 S&BJ Day 🥩🎁

Idk, maybe married guys aren’t wanted in this thread. The wife came home with this over the weekend and I cooked it for us last night. Labeled as a “sweetheart steak” it’s just a thick ribeye that has been butterflied to have the shape of a heart. Yeah, it was good.

Where’s the charcoal?
I normally start them on the "egg" and bring them up to 120, then finish in the cast iron. But, last night I was pressed for time, due to other family constraints, and just used the skillet. Still good, but no smoke. The TexJoy Steak seasoning makes up for a bunch of sins...
