I thought that was an all out assault on the 1st when I first heard that. Glad it got thrown out, otherwise it would have gone the slippery slope way.

Finally a win against tyranny, though it's a pyrrhic victory I'm afraid.

The fact that he was even charged for recording public servants at work speaks volumes for the political landscape of that region.
