    So I thought that maybe there was a chance for operator error in my internal battery not initially working. It flickered twice upon initial start up (after charging) and then the icon went away completely in the bottom corner of the screen.

    After trying to mess with the plug several times, I got the internal battery to show. Hooray! Even went out last night and got the unit to record some cows. I guessed that I might have a chance at the unit taking a dive on me.

    Zeroed it today. After shot two, the internal battery went out, came back on after shot three, and went out again with my fifth and final confirmation shot.

    Just tried to record the missing icon so that I could send it to Pulsar should my scope arrive with everyting working in fine order. Now I can't get the recording to show on Streamvision. Crap again.

    Tried turning the unit off then on again. No start up after short press on power button. Wait a few seconds. No start up after long press on power button. Wait a few seconds press repeatedly in multiple ways and the unit starts up...shuts down normally...now wont start up again at all. Third and final crap.

    I've still got confidence in Pulsar's CS...but damn if I wanted to try it out while the unit still smells like the box.

    Update #1:

    Emailed support Saturday. Figured that I'd hear back monday.

    At 0600 CST I already had one email in return from them wanting a screen shot. Since I can't record I let them know what was up.

    Got a reply to my reply within 30 minutes asking for info so I can send it in for inspection.

    So far, CS seems GTG.

    It took a week from initial contact before they sent me an RA. Scope was mailed and received (USPS delivery confirmed) by Sellmark a week ago Wednesday. I still haven't even heard from them saying that they have my Scope.

    Not giving me the warm fuzzies I was hoping for.
     
    I sent a suppressor in to Griffin Arms .. and they never said a word, but they sent the working suppressor back quickly. So not everyone is "chatty" perhaps :D

    The key is to get you a working unit ASAP. So we will see how they do with that.

    If you send with sig-required, you should have confirmation that got it. Since often suppliers will send a shipping label ... I usually use their label though. But if not I would use tracking ... I use tracking for EVERYTHING ... so I at least know it was delivered.

    Keep us posted, we're sitting on the edges of our chairs !!
