Does anyone have a suggestion, for getting a rod past, or clearing, the decel pad. Just picked up my GAP AI, and getting a cleaning kit together, but noticed this may pose a slight issue on keeping the rod centered.

The cheek piece has to come off but with a bore guide the clearance is fine.

Yeah, but it seems the decel pad may get in the way, just a hair. No problems for you?

I run long barrels and I always have to remove the top screw of the butt pad and roll it over out of the way. 2.0 eliminates that obviously. You'll get used to it and will not think twice about after you do a few hundred times lol

Nope, and I have a 1.5 so no rolling it out of the way, never noticed any issue whatsoever.
