That looks awesome!! Would def dump the cover I currently have. Though I'd have to upgrade the lock.

I finally got pricing back from powder coat this morning. It looks like I will be able to fall within the range I originally had planned for.
The construction of these will be just like the picture. There are (2) layers of 1/4" thick, laser cut, A36 steel. The front plate will be powder coated white and the rear plate that allows the attachement of the hitch receiver will all be powder coated black. The powder coat will be automotive grade and should ensure that the coating will last a long time.
I will be starting a group buy on these later today. The regular hitch cover will be priced @ $40 + flat rate shipping and the lighted version will be priced @ $59 + flat rate shipping. I should be able to get these in a medium flat rate shipping box, with delivery confirmation and insurance shipping will be $14.
We will need at least 40 of these ordered in the group buy for this to happen.
When I have it up I will post a link here to the thread.

Just got some of the steel from big dog it looks great. Can't wait to go try it out.
