Does anyone have any experience with pva's rugged suppressors mount?
I have a surge in jail right now that will hopefully be released soon (check cashed 1-9-19 so fingers crossed) and my plan is to pick up a couple extra muzzle devices. I'll be primarily running it on a 300blk ar (with factory break) and a couple other ARs but would also like to run it on my 6.5 creedmoor. Of anyone that's used the pva mount does the pva brake have a noticable increase in reduction of recoil vs the factory rugged md's?
Thanks for any info!

Zach.

I've never used one, but I looked at them and they look like the same design as the Jet Blast brake with a threaded taper for the Rugged cans. I don't see how that's not going to have better recoil reduction than standard Rugged brakes. However, that's only when shooting it without the can. When the can is installed, the recoil will be the same with whatever attachment device you use, assuming they weigh a fairly similar amount.

Can't speak to the PVA mount (which looks nice), but I have rugged's 3 port brake on my 6.5 and have no trouble spots my own hits at 400+. I'm sure the PVA brake would be even better, but I don't see the need to replace my current mount. Maybe if I get another host. Check cashed on my rugged around the same time, hoping to hear back before 2020...

So I reached out to rugged asking if there would be any issue running the pva mount in the unlikely even I get a baffle strike and their response was "using the PVA break will not void the warranty, however we recommend using only our (rugged) muzzle devices". So I think I will probably order oke this coming week.
