Out of all the researching I’ve done. I do not see anyone describe in detail the installation of the diopter lens. All I see is someone screwing it on. Now to my question…
Should the diopter setting be all the way screwed in so it’s as far to the minus setting as it’ll go as you tighten the lens assembly?
Or set the diopter to zero then tighten the assembly down?
I assume set the diopter to as far as it’ll go towards the minus settings otherwise I don’t get as much adjustment out of the assembly. Then just tighten the other ring to the diopter assembly…?
Sorry I may not have used all the correct terminology.
And a second question I assume to properly adjust the diopter so it’s zeroed correctly it probably needs special equipment or a professional?
Thanks for your input!
